PMR candidate dies in accident
ALOR STAR: A Form Three student sitting for Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) examination was rammed by a lorry, in a hit-and-run accident at Batu 5, Jalan Langgar here on Monday. Mohamad Asyraf Mohamad, 15, who was riding a motorcycle died in the 7.40pm incident. His cousin, Mohd Shahrul Naim Malim Nawar, 17, who was riding pillion, sustained minor injuries on his arm and body. The two teenagers were on their way to a petrol kiosk, 200 metres from the accident spot, from their house in Kampung Alor Jawi here. The motorcycle skidded and Asyraf was thrown to the middle of the road before a lorry carrying timber rammed into him. A Kota Star district traffic police spokesman said the SMK Langgar student was riding without a licence. Summary One of the form 3 student SMK Langgar was dead after rammed by a lorry on Monday who sitting for Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) examination this year. The victim and his cousin, who riding pillion were on the way to the petrol kiosk before accident. This accident happen when the motorcycle was skidded before the victim rammed by a lorry. However, his cousin only gets a minor injured on his arm and body. Police was said that this student riding without a license.
